Terms and Conditions

Please read the following referral program terms and conditions carefully before participating in the referral program. Participation in this program constitutes your acceptances of all the program terms and conditions. 

We are excited that you are choosing to participate in the Dashy Dash’s referral program. Your participation in and use of the program is strictly subject to the program terms and Dashy Dash terms. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at any time.

How the Program Works 

Qualified Referrals: A qualified referral occurs when

1. The Referrer fills out the Dashy Dash referral form
2. Referred individuals must then sign up for a Dashy Dash account by September 30, 2023
3. When the referred member has uploaded invoices into the Dashy Dash platform the referral perks (“Perks”) will be allocated to the Referrer
4. Referrals made after August 31, 2023 may not be eligible for rewards.

The Perk: Gift of $100 Amazon gift card sent by email or to a physical address

‍Eligibility: To be eligible for participation in the Program, both the Referrer and the Referred must be at least 18 years of age. The Referred customer must upload invoices into the Dashy Dash platform. Dashy Dash reserves the right to find ineligible any Participant in the Program at its sole discretion. 

Conduct: Dashy Dash reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any member from participating in any aspect of the Program if Dashy Dash deems or suspects that such member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following acting in violation of these Program Terms and Conditions

• Engaging in fraudulent activity, such as creating multiple accounts or using deceptive methods to generate referrals 
• Activity deemed in the sole discretion of Dashy Dash to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program.
• Dashy Dash shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Program Terms and Conditions or intent of these Program Terms and Conditions. 

Liability

Binding Effects: By participating in the Program, you agree to and are bound by the Program Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to agree to and abide by the Program Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to participate in the Program. ‍

Release: By participating in the Program, Participants release Dashy Dash and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program and/or the use of any Program rewards. 

Indemnification: By participating in the program, you agree to and will indemnify and hold our business, its parent and their respective affiliates harmless from and against any and all damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind, including third party claims, whether pending or threatened, including without limitation, attorneys’ fees and court costs, incurred by any of them arising out of or related to your participation in the program or breach of these Program Terms.

Warranty Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE PROGRAM IS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DASHY DASH DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE PROGRAM, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR BUSINESS BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, USE, OR DATA AS A RESULT OF CLAIMS, WHETHER BROUGHT IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THESE PROGRAM TERMS OR THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF CLIENT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Other Terms

By participating in the program, you agree that you have read, understand and will abide, and be bound, by these Program Terms. These Program Terms shall be governed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to the conflict or choice of law rules thereof. The federal and state courts California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising hereunder and by participating in the program you consent to same.

Dashy Dash reserves the right to modify these Program Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you. Dashy Dash may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program without notice. Dashy Dash also reserves the right to disqualify any customers or prospective customers at any time from participation in the Program.
