The products that have made us famous over the years are our Italian and pizza sausages. We package our sausage in a variety of styles to fit our customers' needs - including bulk and cryovac bags. Although our sausage tastes best when cooked fresh, we can also have it shipped frozen. We have also worked with several customers to develop sausage recipes specific to a customer's taste.
